Kids Yoga & Art Camps
Our yearly Kids Yoga & Art Camps run in July and August!
Our camps are 4-5 days long and every year have a theme for the weeks camp. We have had 'Fairy-tale Adventures', 'All around the World' and 'Empowering Children Camp'
Camps have a mix daily of games, different welcome stations with colouring, toys and activities. We have story every day based on the theme and when we did all around the world every day we visited a different country. We do yoga poses based on the theme and breathwork games. We explore mindfulness and mindful activities. Our creative art is also based on our theme. Theses camps really spark imagination and immersing into a theme that provides opportunity to have lots of imaginative play.
