Glowga
Glowga is a one-of-a-kind sensory movement experience where children get to move, play and explore in a magical glow-in-the-dark environment.
Set under soft dark lighting, the class is active, fun and full of energy, combining dance, yoga and playful movement with glowing props that spark curiosity and imagination. Children use light-up glow sticks, luminous ribbons, glowing balls and other sensory props, turning movement into a joyful, immersive experience.
Each session includes dance, games and partner yoga, encouraging connection, cooperation and confidence, while still allowing plenty of freedom to move and express themselves. Gentle breathwork games are woven throughout, helping children learn how to regulate their energy in a fun and accessible way.
Glowga is a beautiful mix of movement and sensory magic engaging for busy bodies, calming for growing minds, and unlike anything else.
Glowga can also be offered as part of a Kids & Parents birthday party, creating a shared, high-energy experience full of laughter and connection. In addition, it can be delivered as a sensory-based movement experience for schools, supporting engagement, creativity and emotional regulation in a playful and inclusive way.

'I just want to share my heartfelt thanks and a glowing review for Ciara, who made my sons 8th Birthday an absolutely unforgettable experience. We held the party at a fantastic dance studio, and the whole setting was just perfect for what she created. Ciara transformed the space into a magical Glowga party, and she was simply superb in every possible way. She brought glow in the dark face paint that had all the kids mesmerised , fun twirling toys, play doh, bubbles and she completely engaged the kids the whole time. My son Fionn and his friends had the most amazing two hours, and truly felt quality of what Ciara offered was worth far more than what she charged. The dance studio itself was the perfect venue making everything even more special. So if you're looking for a unique , fun and well organised party experience, I cant recommend Ciara enough.
